For the collar to fit comfortably and securely, it is important to measure correctly. Use a tape measure and measure the circumference around the part of your neck where you want the collar to sit. Divide the circumference by π (3.14) to get the inner diameter.

Size guide:

• 105 mm inner diameter — Corresponds to a neck circumference of approx. 33 cm. Choose for a slender neck or if you want the collar to sit high and tight.
• 120 mm inner diameter — Corresponds to a neck circumference of approx. 37.7 cm. Standard size that fits most.
• 135 mm inner diameter — Corresponds to a neck circumference of approx. 42.4 cm. Choose for a thicker neck or if you want the collar to sit loosely.
• 150 mm inner diameter — Corresponds to a neck circumference of approx. 47.1 cm. Choose for a very thick neck or if you want the collar to sit very loosely.

Tip: Add 1–2 fingers between your neck and the collar to check that the fit is comfortable. The collar should not feel tight or cause discomfort when swallowing. Keep in mind that the 20 mm profile is significantly wider than 8/12 mm — it takes up much more space and can feel tighter at the same inner diameter. The flat profile is more comfortable than a round one at the same width.
