The Doxy Massager is easy to use. You can easily adjust the vibration level to suit you best by starting the vibrator on "power". Then, use the plus and minus buttons to increase intensity. If you want to use the pulsating programs, turn off the vibrator and hold down "power" for a moment. Once the pulses begin, you can adjust the intensity of the pulse programs using plus/minus. If you then want to switch back to regular vibrations, turn off the Doxy Massager and turn it on again as usual.

Chambers of Love's recommendation is to use a silicone-based or water-based lubricant with your Doxy Massager. However, oil-based lubricants should not be used with Doxy.

After use, you should unplug the Doxy Massager and clean it with a damp cloth and sex toy cleaner.
The Doxy Massager is NOT waterproof, so you should not rinse it or immerse it in water.
