Neck and handcuff model-T

These are neck-to-wrist restraints, with wrist cuffs in front & a collar in the middle. Keeps the arms raised away from the body. Made from strong, cold, heavy stainless steel allowing long use and wear. Our blacksmith custom makes this item by hand. Locks with threestainless steel allen screws, opens with allen key (supplied).

The inside diameter of collar is 13.2 cm, the inside diameter of wrist cuffs is 6.0 cm, the width is 2.0 cm. The length of long bar is 20.0 cm.
